I would very much like to let you know how much I appreciate the work your company did for me. Everyone I dealt with was so pleasant and professional. When Rich first came to give us an estimate, he made sure he knew what we wanted and gave some suggestions that we had not considered. Of the four estimates we had received from companies, yours was the only one submitted in writing and was fully itemized. Rich went over the estimate line by line to make sure I understood it all before signing the contract. The men who did the work were very hard working and pleasant to have in my home. Again, they made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. They were so neat. I didn't even have to dust the tables when they left each night. This was totally unexpected after all the horror stories I've heard about the whole house being filthy during other people's remodels. I love the finished product of my new bathroom.
